Wireless scans with wireless PDA scanners

• At the event location a server endued with scan equipment will be installed to a local network (LAN). All PDA scanners will be connected to this server and the network. Every ticket will be scanned only once as the scanners (entrance) are connected with each other. All scanners are controlled from one data base. The ticket sale is also connected to the server and the scanner and ensures the ticket sale to continue smoothly.

• Another opportunity is to install a data base with all details. In this case the Paylogic data base is not connected but all tickets are controlled by the same server that is again connected to all PDA scanners. Your advantage you don’t need internet connection. On the other side the ticket sale cannot continue. Via the online network the server is always connected to all sales channels even while the event runs and after it has finished.

• Every part of the Paylogic system even works with several entrances. Our fibre glas system provides a perfect network to every event website.

• USB scanners are the easiest solution and simply connected to a computer or laptop. A perfect solution for small events and performances.

• For a couple of months now Paylogic provides a separated solution to scan mobile tickets. Portable devices require different equipment to guarantee quality and security at the entrance. These scanners will be delivered by Paylogic.

Paylogic offers professional thermo ticket printer as additional solution to sell tickets on the event website and local reservation offices.

This system is either delivered by Paylogic to the event itself or to the reservation offices. Scope of supply includes a professional printer, the connection to a laptop or computer (or even an included laptop rented), and our own software. The system runs easily and intuitive.

Even with this solution you can get important customer details and real time statistics for the ticket sale.
