Paylogic’s customer service answers all questions about your event and supports with possible complaints. If customers prefer to buy their tickets by phone we of course support you on that, too.
We also provide a customer service by email that solves the problems of your customers within 48 hours.
Beyond this we provide a platform to your customers to login and e.g. download their tickets again.
