FAQ for event visitors
The tickets need to be printed at A4 size. The A4 size optimizes the scanning and entrance procedure.
It is not necessary to print the e-tickets in colour. The barcode needs to be clear and scannable. This will not be influenced by the e-ticket printed either in colour or black and white.
The tickets are sent as an PDF-file. This file can be opened with Adobe Reader. This program can be freely downloaded at www.adobe.com. The tickets can be opened and printed after installation of the program.
The e-tickets contain an unique barcode. A ticket can only be scanned once at the entrance of the event for admittance. It is of no use to make copies or to sell copies of the tickets
The tickets are sent to you by email. This email can be forwarded to someone you know and possesses a printer. Another possibility is to open the file at the library or copy shop and print it there.
You can always contact Paylogic, if you have not found the answer to your question on this website. You can submit your question on your Paylogic account. On the Account Login page (https://www.paylogic.nl/login) you can indicate that you have lost your password. After verification of your email address, Paylogic will provide you with a new password.
It is possible that due to security restrictions of your email provider, email from Paylogic is regarded as spam or junk mail. In that case, the mail concerning your order will be placed in your spam or junk mailbox. To prevent email from Paylogic being marked as spam or junk mail, you can submit customerservice@paylogic.nl as “safe” to your email provider.
During the order with the Paylogic system, a registration form has been filled in. As a result, Paylogic has sent you an email containing an username and password for your Paylogic Account. The username is the email address you have used in the registration form.
Yes, this is possible. Go to the website where the order was placed before, enter the amount of tickets you wish for in step 1. In step 2, it is not necessary to register again. Log in using your Paylogic Account and complete the next steps.
The status of your order and other information can be checked at the Paylogic Account Login, https://www.paylogic.nl/login. For several events it is not necessary to register. In that case, please contact the Customer service to request your order status.
