FAQ for event visitors

• I have registered and placed an order using the Paylogic system, but aborted the order. Can I still proceed with the order?
Yes, this is possible. Go to the website where the order was placed before, enter the amount of tickets you wish for in step 1. In step 2, it is not necessary to register again. Log in using your Paylogic Account and complete the next steps.
• I lost the password to my Paylogic Account.
On the Account Login page (https://www.paylogic.nl/login) you can indicate that you have lost your password. After verification of your email address, Paylogic will provide you with a new password.
